Very detailed report, I do appreciate you sharing your market area report with us.

Thanks for the reports you share, Renee. It is useful to know how markets are turning around when talking to customers in our area.

Renee: Looks like they are mostly sold out. We are really getting the shortsale market here now in Bergen County. We haven't dropped like your area, maybe about 20-25% or so and a bit more on the high end. Now a major amount of homes are short to close and you know what that is like.
