I've been reading Rachel's blog almost daily for over a year. It helps give me a good perspective on the seamy side of the mortgage business and kind of helps alert me to the practices that could impact our business negatively.
Rachel has a good site. As the crackdown continues, its always interesting to read and see people who you have been to seminars with for continuing eductaion in her blog.
