Words are not needed when the marketing photos speak for themselves.  The property discription for this home is listed as simply this: "3 bedroom, 2 Bath home in gated subdivison, on cul-de-sac, right next to community pool."  AHHH that sounds so lovely.

But the photos say "No really, you shouldn't come in here without a mask and steel-toed shoes. By they way, are you up-to-date on your tetanus shots?"

I think the photos are a little dark..but that's probably a good thing.  I really wonder if there's any value to using photos like this except that it did save me and my buyer a trip.

By the way, this can ALL be yours for only $124,000. Trash included.

I love it when I see photos like this, because I know if my client is interested in the area, there can be a deal  on the listed price...

I cannot believe the ineptitude of an agent who would actually market a home with these pictures and with that kind of attitude a good buyers agent could probably get this home for below market...what ever that is   ;-)

Problem is, it's a short sale...so what generally happens is the lienholder, despite being told the home needs work, comes back with an appraisal that's ridiculous.  Eventually, homes like this usually foreclose.

That listing agent needs to use words that we can recognize, then maybe post less photos?  Perfect for handyman or someone with a dump truck.  Bring your own garbage cans and scoop shovels.  Something inspirational like that!

Yikes Amy!  I am sorry to say that I see that kind of thing all the time.  What is wrong with Agents these days... don't they even suggest to their client to clean up the place before picture day?  Kind of like showering before your first date... and the marketing remarks... hello!?!

I hope the house was priced to sell - because the pictures just won't do it.

WOW.  That agent did you a favor by letting you know to put your hazmat suit on before entering.  I feel so bad for homes that have been treated like this.
