New figures in this week show our area (48371) as new listings down 34.4%, total active listings 182, sold listings up 72.7%, and median sales price down 50% to $134,000 / Realcomp reports the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit through 04/30/2010 continues to fuel sales, on-market inventories continue to decline.
