Best Features in lofts and condominiums for sales.

Just wondering if across the board you find that some of the more desirable locations within a condominium would be the "inner courtyard", "places with a view of the water" etc. Some condominiums are configured differently and some are in a geographic area of the city which at the certain phases doesn't offer the best view. Interested in how this affects your overall sales presentation. Thanks for being here.
