I always love the scenery around Santa Clarita, especially the Valencia area. I'm biased though, having grown up here, and now, make my living here as a Realtor. People continue to look at Santa Clarita as an attractive place to move to. Can you blame them? We're surrounded by picturesque mountains that frequently get snow capped during the winter months, we have very low crime, there are excellent shopping options, award winning schools, and one-of-a-kind amenities such as the Paseo system in Valencia. Parks much!? Geesh...there are countless parks, and trees. If you're considering a move to Northern Los Angeles County, Santa Clarita needs to be on your list as a TOP option.
