I've been quite involved in creating and posting videos lately. Many neighborhood and community niches. The real work is underway now to provide adequate offsite optimization to place well on Google searches. Youtube dominance for Keywords was a relatively easy task. Now the goal is for the same dominance on Google organic searches. Several of my first videos for Palm Beach Gardens including my PGA National Homes for sale video rank very well against high levels of competition in organic search.
