Recent statistics from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) state that over 80% of today's homebuyer's search online pictures to decide which listings they would like to go see in person when searching for a new home.

So this begs the question "Are Your Listing Picture's Worth a Thousand Words?"  And are you enlisting the expertise of a Professional Home Stager to assist your client's home to "Stand Out From the Crowd" and be noticed?

Check out my recent staged listing in the beautiful neighborhood of Land Park in Sacramento, CA.  For just $850 we were able to transform the "problem" room from frightening to fabulous!

Hi Charles, I have my stager set the room up specifically for the pictures after which she resets the room for buyers.

Well, when I see new listings on MLS, many times there is NO picture.  The stageing make it look that much nicer.

Hi Charles.  Yes, a picture is worth at least a 1,000 words.  If you don't have great pictures on your MLS listing, you're not going to get enough interest in that property.
