It certainly could be for the right client.  The location is excellent and it is difficult to find homes in this price range in Hoover, especially with larger yards.  With the extensive golf course renovations underway, this will I think continue to be a strong area.

As a follow up to this, see this week's (3/24/2010) Birmingham News - Hoover section regarding the addition of sidewalks for the community.  A federal grant will fund sidewalks in and around Green Valley Elementary on Thornton and Deo Dara.  It will also provide for sidewalks in parts of Bluff Park.  Once design work is complete, the project will commence.  Add in the Municipal Drive improvements onto Hwy. 31 (just south), and this area continues to see upgrades that will add to its appeal to prospective home buyers.
