The tenant representation assignment (which came by way of a referral) was to find a new commercial office in the Buckhead area of Atlanta for their Southeast office to relocate. The job seemed very straight forward except the staff wished to bring their small pets to work.
With that requirement I immediately switched gears from traditional office buildings and searched for a flex office building in the desired area. Today the Southeast ADA Center is working pets and all out of a semi customized single tenant building with off street parking.
