We've been blessed to have a tax credit for first time home buyers and then for move up buyers, but it's coming to an end. there are less than 45 days to take advantage of a great deal, along with historical low interest rates to become a home owner.
Don't wait and wonder in a year from now thinking, where were you when interest rates were an all time low and the government offered a great incentive......

Folks sure don't much longer to get in on the Tax Credit, for First Time and Move up Home Buyers. Thats for sure!!! The 44 days that are left, will be gone before they know it.

Frank: A very good reminder for folks. I doubt if it will be extended another time, but you never know. We could all use another jump start with spring and summer upon us.
Hello Carl and Ceil, a lot of folks think its going to be extended again but that's a bad gamble to take. The interest rates and inventory alone show now's the time to buy.
