Buying a house is a big deal!
Your goal is not to see every single house out there in your target area but to refine the list and look at those that closely match your needs. Being careful and thorough may seem like an obvious thing to do but this is where I see many buyers make a mistake. Your dream house is something that you should work toward and if it is your first house, it most likely won't be the first house you buy. If I could offer one piece of advice, that would be to be open minded! Open mindedness about where you're willing to live and the kind of dwelling that you're willing to live in. Be sure to spend time going through certain routes in the city and country area and become familiar with the neighborhood your most interested in.
