Kathy Sandella of Catholic Charities along with Stephanie Pierce of the Ohio Department of Commerce will present Foreclosure Prevention at the Ashtabula County District Library at 4 PM on Wednesday. The foreclosure process will be explained. The sequence of events involved along with options that homeowners have. They'll also explain what the homeowner should and should not do when facing this situation.
