I have heard some good thinks about modifications with Wachovia. How is Wells Fargo handling it since they are now (as of today) completely involved with the new bank?

And as those of us who have worked on several short sales will tell everyone, Wachovia is the BEST one to work with because they kept their portfolia. Wells Fargo is better than Chase or Bank of America. At least we communicate with people via email instead of faxing to a general fax number (like Chase).
