Dale - A very important event & topic for sure.  It's seems that each new generation of young ones have the same challenges of the prior.  What seems like good natured fun at a young age can have profound challenges throughout life. ~ Doug

Every community should be sponsoring an event such as this one.  Young people and their parents MUST become proactive in their attempts to quell this nationwide epidemic.

Tom - you sure are right that every community across our Nation, should hold an event to discuss underage drinking. I feel every one in any given community should help and take a proative place, even if they no longer have kids living at home, when it comes to underage drinking.

Dale underage drinking certainly is a big problem in every community. I agree more educational events should be going on, but this should start at home.

Carl you are very right that it should start at home. But it does not always, some parents actually give their kids beer. Just like when I was growing up, my dad would actually pyt a case of beer in the back of my pickup truck when I be going fishing on my own, and he would tell to have all drank before I came back home. That started when I was 16 years of age. And I did not drink it, I would sneak the case back in to the house with out my dad knowing that I had not drank any at all.
