Florida is Having an Open House - April 10 & 11, Come Join Us
On April 10 & 11, 2010 Florida will hold it's first statewide Open House! We're expecting more than 35,000 blue balloons featuring the Realtor® logo to be flying above mailboxes at open houses from the Panhandle to Key West. Other state and local associations have designated this weekend as Open House Weekend. The signature blue and white Realtor balloons will be flying from coast to coast.
This weekend was selected to give buyers enough time to take advantage of the April 30 deadline for the homebuyer tax credit. For those buyers ready to take advantage of historically low interest rates and a market with plenty of inventory, the weekend of April 10 & 11 should be a buyers dream Florida is Having an Open House - April 10 & 11, Come Join Us
