Well it appears the spring home buying frenzy is hitting early this year. Both first time buyer and investors as well as folks move up and downsizing are jumping into the market. As we posted before prices are on there way up almost across the board in the Antelope Valley Palmdale, Lancaster areas. We are seeing multiple offers on almost anything that is being listed right now. And with the low available inventory with the banks controlling what that release on to the market; we believe the available inventory will remain low in the short term.
