Mahi Mahi...on the grill....

I did some Mahi Mahi on the grill and it was fantastic... First I marinated the fish for about 3 hours caked in some A1 marinade...Ginger and orange...Don't over cook it! it is a little pink like tuna. So I use indirect heat...around 250 to 300 degrees. When it turns white on the top. turn it over for a few more minutes...make sure the fish is cooked all the way thru...it should be white and a bit flakey...happy BBQin.

Don't let Chef Ramsey catch you cooking without a Chef's license.
