15 New Associates to the "new" Keller Williams Pocono
A few months ago, the Keller Williams Realty office in Stroudsburg was aquired by a new ownership and leadership team. The new company, Keller Williams Real Estate, is now part of a group of eight Keller Williams offices stretching from West Chester to the Pocono Mountains. As a part of Keystone Partners Group, (comprised of well over 600 agents) the Stroudsburg KW office becomes a part of the largest group of real estate companies operating in the Pocono Mountains area. And without further ado, I am proud to introduce our newest affiliates...
Nicole Palmer - Nicole sold an amazing $4M+ in real estate in her first 16 months as an agent and joins us from USA Realty.
Bob Hay - Bob Hay is the former President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and was referred to our Pocono office by KW agent Dominic Cardone, another former PAR President. Bob has been a licensed agent for 30+ years, and has been a Broker, Owner and Leader in the Pocono real estate market at every level. Bob's former affiliations include RE/MAX, Better Homes and Gardens, and BobHay.com Realty.
Bob is now the Broker of Record of Keller Williams Real Estate in Stroudsburg.
Pat Upton - Pat joins us from Better Homes and Gardens and is focused on relaunching her career through an action focused training program and personal Productivity Coaching.
Amy Cestone - Amy is a rising star who joined KW right from real estate school. Amy has attended the BOLD program near Philadelphia, an eight week intensive lead generation initiative hosted by MAPS, and was elected the "Most Improved" participant from a field of over 100.
Frank Racano - Frank has an MBA in Finance and is focused on building a large scale real estate business in the coming years. Frank was originally affiliated with the "old" Keller Williams office after completing real estate school in 2001, transferred to Better Homes and Gardens for a short time, and reaffiliated with Keller Williams shortly after our "new" office opened.
Savy Gangadeen - Savy is a full time professional agent who joined our company right after finishing her real estate classes. She immediately enrolled in the BOLD program, and is agressively building her career through weekly coaching and daily action focused training. Savy is both enthusiastic and fearless, and we are happy to have her as an agent/partner.
Brian Wallace - Brian is newly licensed in late 2009 and has already listed and sold multiple properties. Brian is very learning based and committed to self mastery.
Randy Miller - Randy has a B.A. in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University and was a multi-million dollar real estate sales associate from 1980 to 1988. In the late 80's Randy became an Associate Broker/ Sales Manager for larger franchised and independent real estate companies, before becoming a co-owner of the Buyer's Resource franchise in December 1995. After recently merging with KW, Randy is now building a leveraged real estate team as our newest Associate Broker.
Beverly Hodgins - Beverly is excited to ramp her business up from part time to full time and joins us from BrokersRealty.com.
Marcus Norris - Marcus is a newly licensed real estate agent who has many years of experience with Volvo International at both the local and corporate levels. His unique drive and vision are a perfect match for Keller Williams and he has been focused on building his iknowledge of technology and the language of sales as be grows his real estate business.
Bob Wells - Bob Wells is the Team Leader of our new Keller Williams Real Estate office, and the VP of Operations for the 650 agents of Keystone Partners Group. Bob was a former RE/MAX agent, and was one of the Lehigh Valley's top mega agents for 10 years before switching to a leadership focus. Bob has successfully launched three KW offices, and built one such office to #1 in it's market within 18 months of opening it's doors. Bob is responsible for the productivity, profitability, growth and culture of our Stroudsburg office.
Doe Gross - Doe has a total of over 20 years of experience as both a salesperson and broker. Doe is a great resource for our agents and we are very excited to be in business with her.
Ed McKeown - Ed is an emerging agent who joined us from Better Homes and Gardens in November. Since joing us here at KW, Ed has focused on the creation of an efficient database management strategy to leverage his time, and maximize his ability to best serve his larger circle of influence. Ed worked professionally in New York City in the printing industry prior to becoming a licensed Realtor.
Jane Wells Schooley - Jane is the Productivity Coach for our Pocono Market Center and responsible for coaching our agents to success in business. Jane has 22 years of real estate experience covering real estate sales, training & speaking on real estate sales and management as well as on leadership. She has served as a Broker of Record and Team Leader of her own company, and also the Allentown office of Keller Williams. Jane has a passion for for consulting with agents on how to build a profitable and productive real estate business.
Suzanna Dixon - Formerly associated with Century 21 Select Group, Suzanna is a full time agent focused on mastering the contractual aspects of real estate, and the strategies and tactics of building an effective database that generates a predictable lead generation result.
