The Power of Blogging.  I was very happy to receive a referral for buyer representation on a Bank Owned Property Purchase. In the end, the week leading up to closing was hectic and stressful, and of course we closed late due to the seller, but we had kind of expected that because of all of the warnings about late REO closings in your blog.  In the end, it was one of your ideas that enabled us to close as soon as we did, within our rate-lock timeframe with our lender.
