A friend asked me how the Real Estate Biz is going this year. I said, well it depends on whether you're buying or selling. One thing as agents that we have in our favor is that we have the opportunity to represent buyers AND sellers to earn our income. If you think about it, there "ain't" many sales jobs that offer this option.
