Countryside Community in Port Orange Florida is a great place to buy a home. And I should know... I live there! Over 11 years ago, when our family was looking to buy a home, we knew we wanted to live in Port Orange. I'm a native of the Daytona Beach area, and have worked and played in every nook and cranny of Volusia county. Our family found the city of Port Orange to have the best combination of qualities we wanted. Even better, the Master Association Community of "Countryside", with it's pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and plenty of walking and biking paths, was in an incredible location, convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

Countryside is a large "master" community that holds several "mini" communities. Each mini community is unique in appearance and construction. You can choose from "Steeplechase" with it's tiled roofed homes and colorful stucco exteriors, or "The Hunt Club" with homes that are built of all brick. If you're looking for a home with less maintenance, you may be interested in buying a "patio home", also known as a "zero lot line" home, since it has very little yard to maintain. There are 3 communities in Countryside that consist of patio homes. And last but not least, there is a beautiful section of townhouses with varying floor plans, within walking distance of the Countryside clubhouse, pool and tennis courts which are available for all community residents to use.

Over the next couple of weeks I'll be providing more details on each individual Countryside community. This community is so conveniently, and centrally located near doctors, grocery stores, hospitals, malls, banks and more, that it's literally in the middle of all of your necessities. The convenience, in addition to the beauty, just can't be beat. And the over-sized sidewalks make it easy to walk or cycle as you run your errands if you so choose. But there are also bus stops close-at-hand as well.
