Choos­ing the right Real Estate con­ven­tion is hard…but this should help!

Last week I had din­ner with a few of social net­work­ing peeps and I soon dis­cov­ered some sage advice from some of those I most respect.  Who are these peeps?  They are peo­ple who are so con­nected on the nation wide scene that it always amazes me that I am cool enough to be in a room with them.
