Great Job!!! Beautifully done.....just a suggestion, you may want to add some more details i.e., such as square footage and community amenities.

Melissa - The home looks beautiful. I love hearing about what homes cost across the country. It is like that show; What You Get For the Money. Looks like you get a lot where you live!

Stephanie & Maureen - Yes, here in Summerville (The Burbs, if you will) we can actually afford a home... moving 30 minutes east and the price of this property regularly doubles or triples. It is completely insane! If you want to buy in Charleston, and want to be able to actually live - not just pay for your home - buy out here in Summerville or Goose Creek. What you get for the money.... A lot more!
