I am celebrating.

I am celebrating! Why am I celebrating? I am celebrating because I see homes in my area going under contract. This is normal for the Atlanta area. If always seems that activity picks in July and August just in time for school. In some counties such as Walton county school starts August 1, 2007. In Gwinnett and Dekalb county school starts August 17,2007. If you plan on moving before school starts don't wait...the time is now!

we are seeing the same in our region of Idaho.... more showings, more pendings, more sales. I for one am thankful for the little things.

That great Donna hopefully you have some listings that will be pending soon.
