Located just north of the 101 Freeway between Scottsdale and Pima Roads in Scottsdale, Grayhawk is very conveniently located to transportation, shopping, dining, entertainment and medical care. Home choices range from condos and townhomes to elegant custom golf homes.
Grayhawk has two shopping centers within the community that are home to restaurants such as Pure Sushi and Nick's Italian. Grayhawk is divided into two neighborhoods. The first neighborhood is Grayhawk's Retreat section which has areas named after the two golf courses - Raptor Retreat and Talon Retreat. This part of Grayhawk is guard-gated and the homes are laid out between the various golf holes. Homes in this section range from luxury townhomes to single-family custom homes. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in The Retreat, from tennis to walking or biking along the extensive path system.
On the other side of Hayden Road is The Park section of Grayhawk. Made up of many smaller neighborhoods, The Park features single-family homes that are close to large open green spaces where residents can gather, socialize, play or exercise.
Grayhawk is probably most widely known for its two golf courses - Raptor and Talon. Grayhawk Golf Club is open to the public and has hosted many professional golf events over the years. In addition to the wonderful golf, the Grayhawk Golf Club has a nice clubhouse with a pro shop and a bar and restaurant. There is a large patio that overlooks the course which is a great place to dine al fresco and enjoy the Arizona sun.
