Being a loan officer for the last 10 years I have worked with a large amount of Realtors in many different markets. There are many different personalities out there, every Realtor has their own way of doing business. With that said lets get some feedback from as many agents out there as possible. Here is a few questions I have for you....
1. What do you look for in a mortgage loan officer?
2. What are your expectations of that loan officer?
3. what makes you refer that loan officer to your clients?
4. How do you go about finding a loan officer?
These are just a few questions I would like to get answers on from a wide variety of Realtors. I would like to hear some GREAT stories as well as the BAD. I am sure there is a lot of both; Lets see what we come up with.....
