Real Estate SEO tips

If you are looking to build your SEO knowledge then heres a few more tips that may help you...

1.  Get unique url links- Active rain is good, infact is great, but spend time on other websites linking back to your website as well.  The more unique url address that point to your site the better...

2.  Use only 2 - 3 anchor text per website - if you are a realtor in chicago, only use 2-3 anchor text, as you will not win every single keyword phrase if you use 100 different keywords...

3.  Devote time - SEO is a constant battle, you cant just spend 10 hours one day and forget about it for the month.  Instead devote maybe 20 - 30 minutes every other day on building links to your site...

4. Spy on your top competitors - If you were in chicago for example, go to google and type in "chicago real estate" or "chicago homes for sale"...  Check out the top 10 websites or so, study them, and see how you can mimick their websites success...

5.  When in doubt, hire a professional - Most major keywords, you will flat out not have the time energy or understanding to get, so it would be in your best interest to hire a professional to help you.  In the long run, it is definately worth your time and money

For a good website to mock on SEO, check out my website that I am trying to go after the keyword Dallas homes for sale, let me know what you think...
