Lakes Estates of Rolling Hills is an exclusive Gated Community perfectly located 1 mile from I-595, off University Drive close to all shopping, dining & entertainment and top rated schools & universities. Homes in this Community can range anywhere from $750,000 to $500,000.00

If you are looking for Condos or townhomes, The Villas of Rolling Hills is a Newer Community that was developed between  2003-2004. The Villas consist of two-story townhomes that have a 1 Car Garage, patio, spacious living areas, and access to a sparkling pool, bike/jogging trail, and tennis courts. These Townhomes range from $350,000 to $200,000.
