I am amazed at how quickly this development has sold out. I was working with a client that really wanted to invest in Liberty Village. So, with the new development Liberty Place just abourt ready we registered and waited for the launch. The launch was a just 10 days ago and just about all the units were sold out to our disappointment in the first weekend. Liberty Village has grown up very quickly in a bustling neighborhood in the King West Village area. It is complete with all the neccessities of day to day life, from Metro grocery store, pet store, Starbucks, Td Canada Trust and yes its own Liquor Store.
There is the fabulous Academy of Spherical Arts just down the street and the Irish Pub with the perfect Brunch menu on the weekends. There is lots to do in this funky neighborhood with Queen West to north of us. It is close to downtown Toronto and Financial district just hope on the King street car and you will be at Subway in less than 15 minutes.
Now back to Liberty Place, we are getting one of the remaining unit, a well laidout 1 bedroom.
