I have been thinking about purchasing the "top producer" package. It sounds like it will help to organize my leads, past clients and current transactions. Any one have thoughts or comments on the system? I'm curious to know what type of email drip campaigns it offers. Currently I use my outlook and a greeting card system to manage my leads but it is a lot of work. If "top producer" is more effecient I will make the switch. The cost to me (for one assitant to use and a few extras) will be about $140/mth. Is is worth it? I appreciate your feedback.

Outlook can do almost everything that top producer can do if you are willing to learn it. However if you want a real estate driven program for about 25 bucks a month, I would go with wise agent. www.wiseagent.com

Its not worth it to me. I use outlook and love it. I am also a member of Joe Stumpf By referral only program and they offer something similar to top producer however I use my outlook. Joe's program offers lots of other perks such as a personal coach and many other benefits and the cost is not so outrageous.
