Did someone order snow?

Just a few minutes ago I looked outside and noticed that it is snowing again in Erie, PA. Who forgot to tell Old Man Winter that spring is here?

Maybe it was the friend who sent me an e-mail this morning asking if I thought we would have another chance to cross country ski. She still has her skis in her car, but I already put mine in the rafters of the garage.

I am so ready for spring. Creamland

Opening soon!

Waiting for Creamland to open each year is an Erie ritual. Shortly after New Year's the sign went up announcing how long Erie had to wait for the Un-Official arrival of spring.

Notice the sunshine, too!!!!!!!

:) Here in sunny SC, I enjoyed a 70 degree day Saturday, Then, on Monday morning, it was snowing when I left the house. WHAT? We get so little snow here that I love to see it come, but it's time for it to go now...

Ha ha - snow is a 4 letter work -hmmmmm. I kind of remember that in MN except COLD was more of a 4 letter word to me - at 30 below zero.

I was complaining about the cold all day today and now I feel a bit warmer because at least we didn't get snow. It was in the forecast a couple of days ago and fortunately, the forecast was wrong. All we got was rain.

I am hoping for sunshine and warmth for Easter weekend!

Peggy--'Four letter word' that is how my brother describe snow since he moved to Texas where they only get a fraction of what Erie gets.

Anna--I am tempted to get on the next plane. (-30 Brrr)

Cindy--Funny, but I think I will hold off for Vanilla & Orange Sherbert swirl cone--medium, please.

Irene--Yes, I think the Easter forecast is looking better. In the meantime, let's play in the Rain (AR) rather than snow.

Mary....We have had our share of snow and wintery weather here, but it has finally gotten springy. Sunshine, blue skies and snow is melting. But I can feel your pain LOL.

Bummer, you have to wait for ice cream? It's been cold here, but we have ice cream all year round. No snow on ground to have to get through to get there, though!
