Wilton Crest - A Fabulous Condominium Complex in Wilton, CT
is a well maintained, beautifully landscaped complex that is located close to town.
The Wilton Crest complex is located in the center of Wilton, on River Road, a short walk from all of the great amenities that Wilton has to offer. In addition, there are sidewalks all the way to town (¼ mile) for easy access. You can walk to the library, movies, banks, train, market, restaurants, shops, parks, and enjoy a safe walk along picturesque River Road.
There are 109 units in all, ranging from studios to 3 bedroom units. The square footage ranges from 530 square feet in the studios to 1,782 for the three bedroom units. The complex was built in 1989 with nice bluish grey wood siding, forced air heat and air conditioning, and beautiful landscaping. Each unit has a balcony or several deck areas attached, usually very private.
A pond is located in the center of the Wilton Crest Condominium complex, and all of the surrounding condos have decks overlooking the water and the nature that abounds therein.
All of the two and three bedroom units have interior decks which are completely private, in addition to the exterior decks. A few units have both decks in total privacy, but that is not the norm. The landscaping is beautifully maintained, and all is weeded and mulched at all times
Most of the units in Wilton Crest have a garage, whether attached or not. Some of the three bedroom condominiums have 2 car garages that are attached to the lower level, some of the two bedroom units have a single garage attached to the lower level, also. However, if your unit has a detached garage, you have a great deal more space in your lower level. The detached garage is never very far away.
In addition, the complex boasts a pool and tennis court for the owners. This past year, the exterior of the units were all power washed and stained, and the driveways and parking areas repaved. As the maintenance folks went around, they also restained all of the steps and entrance decks to each unit. This is a well-maintained complex. 
Wilton is lucky indeed.
