Snellville is changing and not everyone is happy about this.  Change in my opinion is generally a good thing, but it takes adjustment.

With the expansion of highway 124, Snellville has become more accessible.   With this came more traffic, this is good and bad.  There are lots new subdivisions going up in the Snellville area and with that lots of new residents.  Everywhere you look there is construction and the residents who lived in Snellville when no one knew of Snellville are not happy.

So it seems many long time residents are on the move to places a little less developed.  Currently there are over 1139 active residental homes on the market in Snellville.  154 homes are pending sale.

If you would like to sell or purchase a home in Snellville give me a call!

Shawn:  Thanks for checking in.  I don't know if it's good or bad, since many people in the area don't seem to like it, but it is what it is.
