Signature Place Condominiums - Resort Style Living in Tempe Arizona

This evening I attended a Realtor Event at Signature Place Condominiums in Tempe, Arizona.  It was well attended and provided a comfortable setting with a large buffet, drawings for wonderful items, an attendance gift for each Realtor and of course a tour of this remarkable gated community.

This 300+ unit complex is located in the heart of Tempe and near Kyrene schools, ASU, Arizona Mills, I-10 and Highway 60.

The units feature well thought out floor plans with nine foot ceilings, designer window coverings, ceramic tile, monitored intrusion alarms, wood burning fireplaces, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, delux microwave, decorator paint and expansive walk-in closets.

The clubhouse offers a large meeting room with kitchen facility and covered patio with fireplace for entertaining while looking over the large freeformed shaped pool.

The community provides a great exercise room with excellent equipment, space and lighting.  There is also a his and hers tanning salons and his and hers steam rooms and relaxing whirlpool spas and air conditioned indoor racquerball court.  There is a resident business center with internet access as well as putting green and billiard room.

The tennis courts are centrally situated and are surrounded by mature landscaping.

The swimming pool is beautifully designed and is inviting both during the day and evening.  There is ample space around the pool area so individuals can enjoy both the water and visiting with each other on the well arranged lounge chairs.

The event was well thought out allowing time for the Realtors to socialize and enjoy each others company as well as taking time for small goups to tour the models and experience first hand the well thought out floorplans and grounds with walking/biking paths.

The complex was remodeled a couple of years ago and great care was taken in making the units have an upscale feel.  All units feature: new maple cabinetry, brushed nickel door hardware throughout, white decora-style rocker switches and outlets, granite kitchen and bath countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, GE white washer & dryer, stainless steel undermount double basin kitchen sink, newly refinished bathtubs and tile, new brushed nicel plumbing fixtures, 2" horizontal faux wood blinds, white vertical patio blinds, high quality 20X20 ceramic title flooring in the kitchen, bath, laundry and entry way, new Friese carpet with upgraded pad, modern brushed nickel lighting fixtures, white ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

One of the purposes of the event was to explain to the real estate agents that the prices on all the available units had been reduced 15%.  In addition to having attractive incentives for Buyers, the Developer, Mercury Investment, had their sales agent, Barbara Babcock explain that Realtors representing Buyers would receive a 4% commission.

The quality of the evening was enhanced by the wonderful prizes that were given to winning agents.  Barbara also made sure there was a generous gift for each Realtor in attendance.  It was a thoughtfully planned evening and will no doubt generate additional sales for Signature Place as the community will be top of mind for the agents who took the time to participate in the event.  Thank you Signature Place for a wonderful evening.  It is good to have opportunities to visit with fellow agents as we become aware of properties we look forward to selling.
