Are you curious about what "the numbers" floating around out there mean? Asheville NC Properties for sale and Land FSBO Numbers

We are, and so we do a regular active listing Property Count.

From taking a look at the property count numbers in terms of availability, we can better understand what is happening in the real estate market in our area. We can compare the numbers from last year, and look at trends. We can go deeper to look at closed and pending properties, too.

We focus on our particular

Hi Maggie~

Traditionally we have been"steady" throughout the year, especially in land sales which is my specialization. THIS year, (possibly due to the overall economy and slowing as a result) we seem to be experiencing a very nice "blooming"...just in time for the daffodils.
