I love little girls. Mine is 17 now! I remember when she would not get dressed without her pink sparkle tutu! She loved her purple glitter magic wand. Ask little girls what their favorite color is and a lot of them say "pink" or "purple." But don't paint their bedroom walls these intense colors! We see them every day and they don't help a house sell. Get a purple bulletin board, or a hot pink chair, or some colorful art, or a purple bedspread. Someday the little doll with thank you. Tastes change so quickly. Your realtor will thank you too!

You see some "wild" colors when you walk into homes for sale these days. When I go on a listing presentation, if barney purple or lipstick pink exist any place in the home, I tell the homeowner.....you have to paint before we put this on the market :)
