While I don't live for the difficult, part of the satifaction I get and the success I have is walking right into, facing, and solving the difficult.  I found that I rarely have to do it along.  There are trade and county professionals I've built a good relationship with over the years who walk with me into the difficult face shoulder-to-shoulder.
