Making Home Affordable (MHA) just released an update to its Supplemental Directive 09-09 with some important clarifications for agents and participants in HAFA, in particular:
- Increased homeowner assistance for short sale and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transaction from $1,500 to $3,000
- Bankruptcy issues
- Vacating the property due to relocation
- Lienholder information
