If you have driven by the Trader Joes currently in the final stages of completion at the Golden Cove Center in Rancho Palos Verdes, at the intersection of Hawthorne Blvd and Palos Verdes Drive South, you can't miss the "Trader Joes Coming Soon " banners recently hung from the roof.

I stopped by the Trader Joes in Golden Cove andd took a look inside, and they are installing the shelves, refrigerated cases, the check out stands, and have even delivered the shopping carts outside. I spoke to one of the workers and they told me that the store will have their grand opening on April 23rd.

So it now appears that the grand opening is just around the corner, although no official opening date has yet been advertised or posted on line on the Trader Joes website
