GET discovered on ACTIVE RAIN!!

I was SO excited to close with cash buyers yesterday who found me through Active Rain!! I receive many leads through my RE/MAX website that go nowhere. They are either already working with another agent, or they don't qualify for a home at this time, or they give a pseudo email and/or a pseudo phone number. With Active Rain, however, I have people calling or emailing me!! What a dream come true!!

So, thank you to all my fellow-rainers. Without you, Active Rain would not be the great forum that it is!! ACTIVE RAIN ROCKS!!

Marchel, I have had more sellers than buyers find me on AR...because of my localism posts on a certain subdivision. I suppose I need to do more localism posts. I just need to allocate more time to that!! :) Glad you liked Courtney's green wig! She is a hoot!
