Homeowners Association dues are $365 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, trash pickup, sewer, water, and limited insurance.

As of March 28, 2010, in Kensington Park Villas, there was one unit for sale and one in pending status. The unit for sale is a 2/3 with 1,618 square feet and listed at $399,000. There have not yet been any sales in 2010.
