Got to marinade those steaks...over night in the fridge. But first use some good BBQ Sause, some liquid smoke and 2 shots of Jack Daniels. I like to put in a few stips of Bacon...2 or 3 for each steak. When put on the grill, put the bacon on first and the steak on top. If you move the bacon alittle and use it to rub over the grill, it will help the steaks so they won't stick. Never use a fork to turn the meat. If you poke a hole in it while cooking, the juices run out and mess up the grill, and that is where all the flavor is. grill till the bubbles come up, flip her over and grill until desired taste...well, medium, rare....after removed from the grill, let the meat sit for a while before cutting into it...you'll have less juices on your plat and more flavor left in the steak.
