I actually never thought about it that way -- focusing on yourself first and then others. Maybe its b/c I tend to work out in the evening.
hmmm-- krispy kreme -- oh its good to have a cheat day. I thought Bill Phillips did a good job with his contest some years back to inspire people to lose weight.
Aziz,
If I don't get my workout in the morning, I will worry about it all day. :)
Suzanne:
LOL - Does that even count as a donut?
Sandra
Sandra,
I think it does, the sugar nearly knocked me on my arse! LOL!
Susie,
Sometimes we have to push ourselves harder than others, Thanks :)
Suzanne,
:) Great blogs, the problem with me it is the push the trigger "action" so it is very important that you get action and just do not say I will do this or that and you never do it.
Ray Saenz
Ray,
You just gotta do it, like "NIKE" LOL! ;)
Suzanne,
I hear ya !! I hear ya !!! :)

Anthony,
Welcome! I'm so glad you are here, getting back in to it is the best thing you can do for yourself. Go at your own pace, all good things take time. Best of luck to you! :)
Hi David,
Once you set your mind to it, you can do anything! Thanks for stopping by! :)
Great Post! And thank you for the comment on my post. It is all in the mind and it is an everyday thing, not just once in a while, or when we feel like it.
We have to stay on track, ESPECIALLY, when we DON'T feel like it...
Consistency is key!!
Thanks,
Sally
