I don't know about you but I'm getting tried of the Relocation Companies that just keeping asking for higher fees and wanting more paper work.  Don't they know we're trying to become Green!!  That is sure impossible with 3rd party business.

Take a minute and think about the relocation business it gone from asking for 20% to some asking for as much as 37%.  And then they wonder why the top producers don't want the business.  Oh and I've heard all the lines about it creates more business.  In some respects that is correct but there has to be a point that it cost you money.  I think we are at the point to where it does not pay to do Relocation Business.  Some companies charge you to be a member of their Relocation like Cartus (by the way the worst of them all).  They want you to pay in order to be ask to do the business and then they want you to pay for the business again when you close.  WOW what a real model and only if I could run my company with that model.  I could charge the Seller and Buyers and upfront fee and then a commission when they close.  What a deal for me but not such a good deal for the buyer or seller.

Here is my solution------LET'S STOP DOING BUINESS WITH THEM UNTIL THEY GET THEIR FEES BACK IN LINE SO WE CAN MAKE A PROFIT!!!  What do you think?  What is a fair fee?

Can't wait to hear from you!

We don't work for relocation companies for the reason you point out -- they want way too much money.

The fees have become outrageous.  I have not worked for a relo company for awhile but it always hurt to pay those fees.
