I just mailed a complaint to the state real estate agency for someone conducting real estate without a license. Probably a call and follow-up you should make too. It's sounds fishy.

I really hope you do report this to both the REC and your MLS and inform them of the details. Just before I came to AR today I was reading another RE forum for investors and they get upset when agents do not want to work with their various short sale systems. The agent bashing gets pretty severe from investors that are upset that agents will not take the investor's word that what the investors intend to do in a short sale is legal, ethical, etc etc.

Carla ---- I just want to be sure that our buyers get the house, then I am going to do all sorts of reporting on this.

Mark ---- I certainly hope that I'm not proven wrong on this, but I don't see anyway that this guy is legal.
