I browsed the "AR IDX" group and didn't see very many posts so I thought I should post to that group and other groups in Washington State.

- Employ basic "User Friendly" design with easy to follow navigation.
- Stubbornly stick to the fundamentals of website design and Google's "webmaster guidelines".
- Mirror the Brokerages business online to best serve their clientele.
We've seen numerous "flavor of the month" technologies come and go. And I've witnessed several competitors flee from the NWMLS niche market "screaming and pulling out hair".

And some older ones like http://www.haroldallen.com/, which has ranked extremely well with Google and Yahoo for several years (which is why I caution the Broker about any changes).
After seven years, I've finally added the NWMLS data to our site at www.nwrealty.com which acts as a lead generator for our customers. We're still polishing the site for this purpose and preparing to release a new service for agents in the Seattle Metro and Washington markets.
