Investors and short sales........

By
Real Estate Agent with need of complete rehab.

I am looking for a little help.  Has anyone closed any transactions with investors on a short sale, that then resold to someone obtaining a mortgage.

We are seeing this as being the next best thing;  per the "investors" but, I have yet to speak with anyone who has closed title with an investor, who then sold within ninty days for a profit.

If you have; I would appreciate knowing how and who purchased from the investor.  The lender, if there was one (from b to c), time frame, if rehab was completed and approx. percentage increase in sale price.

I have several investors going under agreement however, I am feeling this is all a waste of time, energy and money.  The offers are 60%, at best, of current market value and they are now remarketing the property for full market price, with just being under an Agreement of Sale.

I have close dozens of short sales direct to the end user.  Either an investor to hold or an owner occupant. I've got that down pat.

It's the a to b, then the b to c that everyone is talking about but, no one has close one.  I need help with that one.

Thanks......Chris

I do a lot of short sales, and have been approached by a number of investors, but I'm not seeing a reason to use them yet. I have kept information just in case. I'll be watching the comments here as well.
