You are invited to come out to our Church Annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday morning- April 3 at 9 a.m.  wellington florida easter egg hunt

You need to be there before nine because the egg hunt starts right at 9:00 a.m and if you don't get there until ten minutes after nine- you will miss the egg hunt! The kids are faster than lightning gathering up those eggs filled with candy.

My church is located on the corner of Big Blue Trace and Wellington Trace. You can not miss the church. It is right next door to the Jewish Temple Beth Torah.

The children are divided into age groups so that all the children are able to get the eggs. There are different sections designated for the different age groups of children. This way your two year old and your eight year old can get candy filled eggs.

There is also a Village of Wellington Easter Egg Hunt going on at 10:00 a.m on Saturday also. If you don't like the big huge crowds you may like the smaller egg hunt at our church.

Good morning Katerina,

We hosted our annual community Easter Hunt this past Saturday on March 27th and had a wonderful turnout! The weather was perfect and the kiddies had a great time! Ours started at 10 am and if you got there late you would have missed out! This coming Saturday our church is having an Easter Egg hunt also. Nice description and best wishes for a fun event..the kiddos get so excited!

Hi Katerina - Are you expecting the Easter Bunny to appear too?

I was rather amused by your sentence "My church is located on the corner of Big Blue Trace and Wellington Trace. You can not miss the church. It is right next door to the Jewish Temple Beth Torah."  Does that mean that the synagogue is considerably bigger than the church?

In any event, it is very handle for both religions to have buildings side by side since the timing of major holidays of both religions usually doesn't conflict, and thus, you can easily put the overflow parking into the other's parking lot.  In Toronto, there is one reform synagogue and a mosque that have been side by side for probably 30 plus years and it is very convenient for them to share parking during the major holidays so that fewer people need to park in the nearby neighbourhoods.  However, I seem to recall one year where I read that they had a lot of parking problems since they both had very important holidays at exactly the same time.

Katarina-I wonder what candy they put in the eggs in Florida? We do an Easter Egg Hunt every year and it is usually a pleasant day. Three years ago it was so warm that all of the chocolate melted and thia is Maryland!

Ellie: we are asked NOT to supply any chocolate for the egg hunt:) Yes, the melting thing is a biggie here in Florida although this is the coldest spring ever in the 15 years I have lived here so far.
