Hi Jim - Saw Krista Bolf's post about our February statistics here in Jackson County Oregon, and now yours about Lane County. Such a large percentage for "regular" sales vs distress sales! No one would guess that were the case based on the media articles/reports. Sure puts the market in a different perspective.

Your're right.  But this post is only for a part of Lane County.  Some areas - those that saw high growth in the boom years  - are hard hit here, too.

Overall, Oregon except for Bend is in Fat City.
